Identifying the trip’s goal and purpose
Create and oversee travel timelines

Coordinate all service providers
Arrange all travel needs – accommodations, transportation, reservations, excursions, tours, transfers
Create meal plans and arrange catering needs and/or reservations
Arrange daily activities for the group
Customized daily itinerary
Pre-booking spa treatments

Last minute travel booking fee within 21 days of travel - supplemental $250 to any service listed.
Hotel-only bookings with preferred partners are complimentary.
A Travel Planning Fee is assessed on all custom designed itineraries and is due prior to commencement of travel planning. Prices vary depending on the duration, number of travelers and complexity of the trip.
